Mindfulness Practice Group
At the end of the four-week Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation, and the eight-week MBSR course, most people feel the desire to continue engaging in the practice with some support.
We offer ongoing mindfulness practice groups at The Hurstbridge Hub on the last Monday of the Month 8.15PM to 9.00PM.
These are drop-in groups so there is no need to register. The price to attend is $10 per session.
Come and kick start your week with mindful practice and meditation.
To help the group relax I will start with a short meditation (allowing us to calm and relax), allow time for discussion and complete the meeting with a longer mindful meditation.
