Personal Training for your MIND – What does the course involve?

The program unfolds over 8 weeks – with 2.5 hr sessions plus a full day retreat with quite a bit of home practice. Each session consists of carefully guided meditation instruction and practice, dialogue and discussion, and group activities. Allows access to practice meditations and course notes.
